In order to process your booking it is necessary for the College to store and share your data, some of which may be personal data (i.e. name, address, email, etc.…). This data is held securely in our database which is supplied by Bookings Plus, with whom we have a data sharing agreement. From time to time we may, in summary form, share information regarding the usage of our facilities with other organisations who were are required to report to including: The Football Association, The Football Foundation, Cannock Chase District Council, Staffordshire County Council and the Department for Education. This information is shared in anonymised form. You must allow permission for this by signing the booking form, without this we are unable to accept your booking.
